What we collect and why

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, your work e-mail address, your organisation and phone number if you provide them, and the details of the event you are planning (type of event, number of participants, approximate dates, preferred location, indicative budget and any note you add).

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation call and prepare a proposal for your event. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have sent us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If the enquiry turns into a booking, we process the data necessary to perform that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored in our lead database and customer relationship system, and is handled by the marketing agency that operates this page on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Where a proposal requires it, relevant details may be shared with the venues, hotels and suppliers needed to quote your event. Processors act only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as required by the applicable accounting and tax rules. If nothing comes of the enquiry, we delete or anonymise the data once it is no longer of use.
