Which areas do you cover?

Dubrovnik and all of Croatia. We can also do Montenegro depending on your dates and scope.

Is our group too big or too small for you?

We handle everything from intimate board retreats to large congresses. Because we cap our calendar at 3–4 events per year to keep quality high, we'll let you know right away if your dates are available.

How early should we reach out?

Some organizers contact us years ahead, others a few months prior. Earlier gives you more venue choices, but reach out anytime and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Do you handle hotels and transport, or just the venue?

Everything in one proposal: hotel blocks across budget levels, airport transfers, and daily event transport.

Can we hire you just for AV or technical support?

No. We organize technical setups, exhibition stands, and interpreters, but only as part of full event projects we manage from end to end.
