Is our group too big or too small for you?

We handle everything from intimate board retreats to large congresses. We take on as many events as we can deliver at the highest quality, and we'll let you know right away if your dates are available.

How early should we reach out?

Some organizers contact us years ahead, others a few months prior. Earlier gives you more venue choices, but reach out anytime and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Do you handle hotels and transport, or just the venue?

Everything in one proposal: venue, F&B offer, hotel blocks across budget levels, airport transfers and daily event transport, even lighting and a music programme for the event.
