Dubrovnik

One of the most visited cities in Croatia, and a walled old town on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. It is also King’s Landing: Dubrovnik was the main Croatian filming location for Game of Thrones, and a walk through the locations, or a themed dinner up on the walls, is a programme item people talk about afterwards. We have run exactly that.

Our office is in Dubrovnik, but the coast is the working area. We have delivered congresses and programmes in Split, Šibenik, Poreč, Rijeka, Zagreb, on Korčula and on Mljet, so the destination can follow the brief instead of the brief following our address.

Before you send the brief

Do you only work in Dubrovnik?

Our office is in Dubrovnik and that is where we know the venues best, but we organise events across the whole of Croatia. On request we also work in Montenegro and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

It varies a great deal. Some of our clients plan years ahead, others a few months. If the dates are already fixed it is worth starting the conversation early, because the strongest venues and the best hotel terms go first.

Do you handle scientific congresses as well as corporate events?

Yes, and we quote them differently. A scientific or medical congress has a programme committee, sponsors, abstracts and poster sessions to accommodate, and usually tighter cost control. A corporate incentive is judged on the experience. Telling us which one you have is the single most useful thing you can do in the form.

What do you need from us to put an offer together?

The group size and roughly when you want to come are the two we cannot work without. A preferred location and whether it is a conference or an incentive let us make the first proposal concrete rather than generic.

Can you cover the technical side of the congress?

Yes. Simultaneous interpreting, microphone and interactive systems, poster presentations, exhibition stands and the on-site office are all part of the congress scope when you book the event with us.
